Time for some WWJF FUN! And great job on Tuesday, Bullettes!
Great job Bullettes on Tuesday night! There were so many dancers we could barely get to the bandstand. Great vibe and lots of fun, many thanks to Gotta Swing for getting us in the Carlyle Club! Now we’re gearing up for the Washington Women in Jazz Festival! Those of you who have been clamoring to see us, but haven’t been able to make it to a Tuesday night at the Carlyle, here’s your chance! Get there early, though, as the venue fills up and last year we had to turn away people.
Who: Shannon Gunn and the Bullettes
What: Performing for the Washington Women in Jazz Festival
When: March 22, 2013, 6 – 9 PM
Where: Westminster Presbyterian, 400 I Street SW, Washington, DC, 202-484-7700
Why: Cause Jazz Rocks! Well, at least it swings. Plus when can you be in the best place to hear jazz with 400 other like minded people? Don’t forget that they serve a great down-home-cookin’ dinner with video feed in the basement.
C0st: $5 per person, a steal!
A note to small business owners: You should sponsor this event! You know that word of mouth is the best way to get your product out there. We’ll talk it up and make sure everyone leaves knowing how wonderful you are. Try it, and see the results long down the road! Sponsorships starting at only $25!
